As 2024 comes to a close, we at Brian Marshall & Sons want to take a moment to reflect on what has been a transformative year and to share our hopes for 2025. We are incredibly grateful to our supportive landlords and wonderful tenants who have made this year a truly special one for our family-run business.
Reflecting on 2024
This year brought both challenges and successes. The property market has seen continued evolution, with new regulations, fluctuating rental demand, and a renewed focus on energy efficiency in housing. Despite these changes, our team has remained dedicated in our commitment to delivering the personal, tailored service that sets us apart.
We also could not do what we do without our extended team of reliable and knowledgeable tradespeople that keep everything in the best possible condition for us.
We’ve had the privilege of welcoming new landlords into our portfolio and helping tenants find their perfect homes, creating connections that remind us why we love what we do.
Looking Ahead to 2025
As we step into 2025, we’re filled with excitement and optimism. Whilst the coming year is expected to bring more new challenges for the property industry, including tighter rental market regulations, updates to landlord licensing requirements, and stricter enforcement of energy efficiency standards. We’re committed to staying ahead of these changes, offering guidance and support to our landlords to help them navigate the shifting landscape with confidence.
Our mission remains clear: to provide outstanding letting services while staying true to our family values and a transparent value for money service to our Landlords. Whilst ensuring that our tenants have the safest properties, they can enjoy and make home.
